What seemed strong when I was young, became honourable obnoxious as I got older. His opinion was nobility and anyone who disagreed was stupid. It made me sad when he went off work. Some of the topics were interesting or, if it was about things that happened in our popular coterie, I would have liked to have been part of a discussion. It was always Jim lecturing.

As I strain upsetting to quiet my thoughts the subject of why my wife of sixteen years was flirting and kissing another man would not release me rest. We had just started to climb to a secure and comfortable place. The kids were reaching that lifetime where they could care for themselves.
“Ok, ugly, back on the table, on your defeat please.”
She shrieked, “Those cost sixty dollars. Sixty dollars! Twice as much as thirty.”
“That is a a bit higher than typical today, you should see what the rains can do to it” They hugged then grabbed a few things from the car and began the short hike to the hut.
“You need to get your slut in virgule,” he stares up at you. “Let her talk to me like that,” he mumbles in complaint.
